Booking our villa is extremely easy:

As soon as you have decided the dates of your stay, and you have checked on the calendar below that they were available, send us an email at 1bigvilla@gmail.com indicating:

- the date of your arrival (month, date & year)

- the number of nights you want to stay

- the number of people staying (adults & children)

- your full contact details (full name, address, email, a phone number with the best time to contact you)

Within 2 days we will contact you to confirm with you your reservation!

The dates showing "+2 more" are confirmed booking. Please note that the reservation process and website updating process are done manually on a daily basis, therefore it is possible that just confirmed reservations would not appear on the same day on the calendar. If the dates you chose are not available, please click on the link below to see availability in our partners vacation homes in this area.

When you let us know the dates you want to stay in our Big Villa, you will receive a confirmation email with:

- your rental contract that you will need to print out and send back to us by mail or fax

- an invoice for the deposit payable via Paypal or credit card, at least a month prior to the rental dates

If the dates you selected are not available, we will offer you alternative dates.

There is no minium number of nights to stay in our Big Villa, our rates are night rates adjuted according to the seasons.

We also apply a 10% DISCOUNT on all reservations made over 90 days in advance!!! Contact us to learn more...

During low season (Apr. 13 to May 31; Aug. 29 to Sept. 30; Dec. 1 to 14): $239 per night

During Mid season (Jan. 5 to Mar. 22; Jun. 1 to 30; Oct. 1 to 14; Nov. 1 to 20): $259 per night

During High season (Jul. 1 to Aug.28; Oct. 15 to Oct. 31): $279 per night

During Vacation (Mar. 22 to Apr. 12; Nov. 21 to 30; Dec. 15 to Jan. 4): $389 per night
